Happy New Years 2016

Well another year goes by and I've made it through another one a little older and fatter.  Ha ha.  That's one resolution that went out the window this year.  The fat part I mean.  I continue to grow my family of animals.  My SO talked me into getting a mini pig!  Her name is Annabel (the pig I mean).  She's a delight.  But she's growing.  I also added two dogs who were suppose to be just short term foster pups, but alas, they ended up staying and I'm ok with that.  So I added Troy and Lou Lou to my family and they decided we needed more cuteness so they mated and Lou Lou gave me an early Christmas present.  She gave birth to 6 puppies!  Which meant I ended up with 10 dogs in the house.  They will all be adopted in 2016 and Lou Lou will get fixed so I can stop my house from literally going to the dogs.

I'm still in the military, but I expect to retire sometime in 2016.  I've had a good run and I'm proud for what I've accomplished.  I've also been active in theater this year, directing and acting for the Classic Theater Guild as well as serving as President.  I look forward to another year on stage in 2016.

Career wise, this year has been a challenge.  I've kinda entered early retirement against my will.  I did earn my Masters Degree and I've started my second year at law school, so I'm happy about that, but still need haven't found the perfect job yet.  But exciting news, I have purchased a franchise with Cruise One and will be selling cruises and vacation packages in my own business.  Wish me luck!  A second big thing is that I've begun the process of forming a non profit organization to serve vets!  More on that next year.

So I think on balance I've had a good year.  Got to travel, see my family, did theater and was for the most part healthy.  Thanks for the memories 2015!  And now my resolutions for 2016:

1. Lose weight.
2. World Peace.
3. Grow my business.
4.  Help vets.
5. Visit my family.
6. Love more.

Peace and love peeps!
